A Snapshot Of An exiled Politician’s event, Daniel, In The lions’Den

While I don’t know how long will the COVID-19 induced global predicaments stop, but I do understand that Daniel’s refusal to worship a human being, and his usual THREE-TIMES-DAY PRAYER to God (during a time when a law was signed by the Persian king in which people were forbidden to pray to God for a period of 30 days, tantamount to a prayer lockdown or ban which got implemented about 2620 years ago or 605-530 B.C.), led to the king of the former ancient ‘World Power’ to begin to preach about God.

KING DARIUS’ RECORDED SERMON: Daniel 6:25-27 NLT

25 “The king Darius sent this message to the people of every race and nation and language throughout the world: “Peace and prosperity to you!”

26 “I decree that everyone throughout my kingdom should tremble with fear before the God of Daniel. For he is the living God, and he will endure forever. His kingdom will never be destroyed, and his will never end.”

27 “He rescues and saves his people; he performs miraculous signs and wonders in the heavens and on eearth. He rescued Daniel from the power of the lions.”

May the LORD ALMIGHTY God send his angel to shut the COVID-19’s mouth and stop it from continuing to impact people’s lives and livelihoods.

May God rescue the peoples of the world from the power of this world’s fierce enemy of the 21st century.

O LORD, please hear our prayers! Listen to the prayers of all those who delight in honoring you and send your Holy Spirit to comfort and help and strengthen the families of all those who have lost their loved ones and/or their livelihoods.

Father, we thank you for giving us the BREATH of life and for controlling our destiny, in the name of Jesus Christ. AMEN.
