The Cross Is Complete

– by Robbie Cairncross

Jesus said it was finished. The final sacrifice has been paid and made. His blood shed. This we receive by faith and confess with our mouths, believing in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead. By this, you will be saved (Romans 10:9). The Good News is beaming with this freedom, which cannot be bought or earned by man. We have been set free from sin, unrighteousness, curses, death, the devil, and the law. I have noticed much spiritual schizophrenia around this. Many claim that they are under grace, but live daily under the law, believing that they need to make themselves righteous by their actions and deeds.

They say that Jesus took all their sins upon Himself, but they still believe they are sinners. They say the devil is defeated, but when you talk to them they battle him daily. In one breath they say their curses have been taken upon Jesus at Calvary, but they look for freedom from curses by reciting some renunciation prayers. Finally, they brag that Jesus took all death upon Himself, but they are still waiting to die again. The resurrected life through the Cross is ours. The Cross is complete. Grace, righteousness, no devil, blessings, and life eternal are gifted to us. We have an inheritance as His born again children, an inheritance of good things. If you want to argue with me, you are most welcome, but first read my latest book called Freedom. In 157 pages, 219 Scriptures are quoted that prove the freedom that we have been set free for. This is a must read and can be purchased in digital or hardcopy at
