With the PRAYER EVENT at Little Falls Christian Centre on 13, 14 & 15 October 2017, our main theme is prayer for our nation and its healing.  Our role, as prayer warriors, is to uphold our nation and the leaders through consistent and persistent prayer.  We must never forget the fact that no matter what situations look like, GOD IS IN CONTROL.

2 Chronicles 7:13-14 “When I shut up heaven and there is no rain, or command the locusts to devour the land, or send pestilence among My people, if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

We experienced the judgement of God on our nation with direct bearing on the nationwide drought.  But we also saw the deliverance through prayer.  As the body of Christ, we have the spiritual power and authority to accomplish significant and positive change, which will result in restoration and healing for all the peoples of South Africa.

Following the two dreams that the Lord gave me early in January, I know that our October prayer thrust is of the utmost importance.

The first dream was of a huge clay pot falling from the sky and shattering into many pieces followed by the Lord’s voice, “no one will be able to put it back together except the Lord”.  The second dream was of a massive tree that was uprooted and the exposed roots were an indication of God exposing all bribery and corruption in the country.  I know this had a direct emphasis on the political scene and was the Lord’s clear direction to pray for the nation and the government.

The uprooting of evil, corruption and hatred will be a major theme of the prayer event and I have absolute faith, trust and hope that we will see the nation transitioned.

It is the responsibility of every Christian to labour together in prayer and not leave this very important spiritual discipline to only a few.  Join us as we pray down the Father’s blessing and prosperity upon our land.

Yours in Christ
