CLF believes it is important to teach children the content of the Bible, but also to help them apply it to their lives and relationships with other children. Our dream is that children will learn to live their faith practically, that Biblical values are established within them, and that they are morally equipped as the leaders of tomorrow.
How can you get involved?
You can also support this project and in doing so make a life-changing difference in a child’s life by teaching them about Jesus. How, you ask? There are so many ways to become involved.
Here are just a few examples:
- Buy a Bible – sponsor a Bible. For only R120 you will not only get your own Bible, but also sponsor a Bible for another child in the language of his or her choice. Consider giving a Bible to children with their baptism.
- Donate a Bible to an organisation of your choice. Hold a concert, fun run, morning tea, pancake evening, etc. and so acquire the funds to buy Bibles for a crèche, school, or orphanage in your area.
- Invite business people to adopt a school or children’s home in your area or to donate Bibles to all their employees’ children as part of their Christmas function.
