Christ’s Heart Breaks For The Lost
– by Grant & Theunisina Neyt
The harvest of people, those that are lost in sin and desperate for hope, is ready to be brought into the Kingdom of God. If a ripe harvest is left in the fields it will spoil and will eventually die. The harvest left in the fields is lost and costs money, but can be grown again. If people are lost it is for eternity. This is the urgency of the matter. The harvest of people is indeed ripe and needs to be brought into the Kingdom of God.
This harvest cannot be left for tomorrow because today is the day of salvation. “Do you not say, ‘There are still four months and then comes the harvest’? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest! And he who reaps receives wages, and gathers fruit for eternal life, that both he who sows and he who reaps may rejoice together.” – John 4:35-36. Can you sense the urgency in this Scripture my precious friends? Can you feel the heart of Christ breaking for those who are lost?
